Period of Notice Question...

If I am on a 5 hour contract, but do 30 hours per week (25hrs over-time), and I hand my notice in, do I have to work the full 30hrs, or do I just have to work my 5 hours which i'm contracted for. My contract says 1 weeks notice, so I'm just wondering if that is 1 ROTA'ED week, or 1 CONTRACTED week.

Contract, as overtime is only an agreement within both parties.
