I thought you lot in here would appreciate this more than any where else.
I've just completed my weights for the week and with most of the exercises I've done it with all the weight I've got.
Barbell at 50kg and dumbells at 17.5kg each.
I know for some of you it's probably what you use to warm up with, but it's a big achievement for me.
It's a month later than I had hoped, I took two weeks off while I was at home from uni for the Easter holidays and this set me back another two weeks trying to get to where I was before I stopped.
However, I've made it to the point I've been aiming for since I started and it feels great.
I'm now going to start cutting for the next two months and hopefully I'll look damn hot for the beach over the summer.
