Hey all,

I'm looking for a phone which I can use as a personal organiser (i'm really forgetful!) and obviously use for calls.

I'm looking at a PDA phone of some description, however I do text a lot, which means a touch screen could get very annoying very fast.

I've seen the m3100, which is great as it has a qwerty board and the touchscreen, however it is a little too pricey for me.

Are there any cheaper alternatives that offer wifi, messenger, organiser and the usual phone features?

Any suggestions please!

I have a sony ericsson p990i and must say it is really well balanced in all features. It has more methods of input that you could care to use - handwriting, built-in qwerty keyboard, on-screen keyboard and the 0-9 digits on the front of the flip for texting. The predictive text is very quick and works well imho.
Wi-Fi enabled too. And a lovely screen :)

The Nokia E61 might suit you and is a lot cheaper (below £200 on auction sites and £260 from internet retailers). It has wifi, a QWERTY keyboard, 3G and office software. The only downside might be that it doesn't have a touchscreen.

That Sony Ericsson looks like a good choice, I have the K750i at the moment, so I'm comfortable with the SE interface.

Looks like i'll have to spend around £200 though...a bit more than I wanted, but I suppose beggers can't be choosers!

Right, went in to phones4u and they couldn't do a good deal on the p990i, but they could on the white sony ericsson with a touch screen and no camera. But it didn't have wifi, camera etc which is no good for me.

I'm still looking for a decent PDA phone with either a keypad or qwerty. The p990i is very tacky looking with that thin plastic flip up keypad.

Any other suggestions?
