Peru - anyone been? Ideas needed!

I've never been but I researched it. Go to Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca. Beautiful places.

The best parts of Peru are below Lima, don't bother with the North really, apart from Mancora really. All the touristy places are good, Colpa canyon, Inca trail, Cuzco, Nazca, Arequipa, Lake Titticaca etc. Very friendly and very cheap too..well worth a visit!

I'll get back to you sometime in August next year

Me & P4radox are going for a month trekking all over Southern Peru; should be awesome. We've had to fundraise £3500 each for the trip, not including all the clothes, sleeping bag etc... But it will be so worthwhile. I've seen photographs taken by someone else who went and it looks truely spectacular!

i wouldn't worry too much, if northern ireland is anything to go by, when you arrive out there they will probably be in government anyway...
