Ok been playing this a day now on Live.

What is it with people going Brazil and Inter all the ****ing time?

All they do is get Adriano, is godliek in the game, can't be stop other than a well timed slide tackle as he just knocks everyone over then blasts it into the top corner without ever missing.

I'm getting so irritated, I was even 2-0 up against one of these morons and I was Poland, then Adriano again (only player that scores against me) pulls it back and then gets a hat-trick and i lose.

I know how you feel mate, It annoys me like mad, if you want i'll give you a game and i won't be brazil or inter :)

Most people I play against (Only played 4 times) have picked Brazil but can't say that I've ever played against Inter.

Played someone who put Roberto Carlos as a striker though :confused:
 
Finally I buy a pro evo game after being a FIFA fan all these years, whats all the fuss about? FIFA 06 on gamecube is a much more entertaining game and way more addictive, manager mode is much better as well. I know what you mean about people always picking inter, ****** me right off. I might end up selling this game as I could probably make a profit on what I bought it for.

Sometimes people play better out of position on this. For example I use Nedved up front for the Czech Republic and use Ballack and Robben up front for Chelsea. I realise these aren't quite as extreme as that, but whatever works.
 
I take great pleasure in hammering people who play Barcelona, Inter, Real and Brazil, as long as you're really agressive defensively and tackle early, rather than letting them get near the box you can knock them back every time. You will meet people though that have talent AND play with one of the super-teams, expect to lose if you're playing with a non super-team.

That's what i resorted to against a guy before, he had to take him off at half time, i was 3-1 down, and then beat him 6-3 :D

the ironic thing is, i'm rubbish with inter and can't hit a cow's backside with a banjo with adriano. give me david villa and valencia any day!
 
Well you dominated me in the goal scoring, but I think you will agree the Zidane goal was special.

Use the "place shot" button when shooting, its a lot more accurate. (Shoot like normal, but hold the right trigger)
 
I use Brazil, but in my defense I have done since ISS Pro 98.

No player is unstoppable, if you're worried about a certain player shooting then don't let him get into a shooting position.

Cant really say that when players like Adriano can put the ball in the back of the net consistently from 30 yards or less. Most people who use these teams play infront of the back 4 and just shoot from outside the box, which is ridiculously unrealistic.
 
Inter Milan are way overated on the game anyway, and Adriano is just a joke.

I used to use Barca all the time but now I've taken to using england, they suit my style of play perfectly. Played 8 games earlier and dominated every one.

My stats are crap because my brother ruined it. Don't play ranked games either because it's just a joke.

I'm open to any challenges. :)
