So, at that point was 192 miles when it ran out from empty... now I know to basically when I hit 120 ish miles, just fill upWhat an idiot... lesson 2 learnt, NEVER trust fuel lights lol
192 miles on a full tank is pretty good for a 600 sports bike, that must be well over 50mpg?

Seems like every time I go out I blow a tank full, 125 miles just cruising only takes 2'ish hours.
Not sure think it's a 17 litre tank which is what, 3.78 gallons so 192 is around 50.8mpg... but then again that's to absolute empty... so think it's more like 45-48 maybe in real terms probably... happy with that, seems to be hitting close to the 43-44mpg quoted!

On my Speedy the fuel light generally comes on around 100-110 miles 
Well got my haynes manual, so will double check this light switch as I'm 100% sure it was working and now ain't so... not that it matters really...
