Pete Doherty, You waste of space loser.

I don't care what anyone wants to do to themselves but doing it to others is totally wrong. That really is shocking. :(

i thought you were being harsh on him before but after this he needs doing over. has this girl taken it before? if not then he is a sick ******* and needs shooting

OMG, it's in The Sun so it must be true!
Do you really think they would get away with releasing a photo like that. Personally i don't.

There is no doubt that Mr Doherty is an unsavoury individual however his actions are by no means uncommon it is purely that his fame brings them to public attention. He should be treated like any other person who has acted in the same way and jailed an rehabilitated.

Whether Kate Moss sticks with him or not is entirely her call and if she wants to destroy her life then thats her own decision, the one thing I hope is that her fame does not effect the actions of social services as to actions taken to protect her child.

With regard to the photos I doubt that they will be admissable in any action as there are so many issues with photos including proof of timings, that they aren't mock ups, was the person concerned really unconcious etc.

You're probably right. However, following the whole Piers Morgal / Mirror scandal, I think it's clear that they can print whatever the **** they like!

Hang on a minute, if he was injecting it her arm would have a tourniquet around it, like in the other photo.

She probably injected herself then passed out, it's quite common to see a herion addict passed out with a needle in their arm.

According to his EX-manager, he was taking it out of her arm

 Yeeeeaaaah riiiight

See, that could quite possibly be the case. Let's say, just for the sake of argument, that this 'sweet innocent girl' injected herself with heroin, collapsed to the floor & he's removing the needle from her arm. Sound reasonable? I think it does. Certainly a lot more reasonable than the story portrayed anyway.

Perhaps someone could blow the portion of the pic up with his hands in it.
If he is pulling it out only then his fingers will be knowwhere near the plunger. ;)

They might not be able to get away with printing something that's untrue, but that might not stop them from printing it in the first place! The list of newspapers that have been sued for libel is as long as you like.

Possibly, and probably the case too, but he still does himself no favours either way :p
