Phenom II ready motherboard, without a bios flash.

I need a phenom II ready moterboard that doesnt need a bios flash as i dont want to go bbuying another cpu to do it.

Any ideas???

Around 100 to 150 pounds. Preferably with crossfire or otherwise sli.

And no this isnt to replace my i7!

So most AM2+ motherboards need flashing before they accept phenom IIs??

90% of AM2+ mobos need a Bios flash.

The new M4 series from Asus is already out.

I recently order myself a M4A79 Deluxe.

If you look around you'll find them already. Beware of the -T versions though, those are
AM3 and use DDR3.

The DFI lanparty JR 790GX will boot, the CPU shows as not recognised but runs at the correct speed and allows a bios update.

if that will post any ideas if the DFI lanparty DK 790GX will im pretty sure its a very similar board just ATX form factor?

The Gigabyte GA-MA790GP-DS4H will take the Phenom 2 940 with out a bios flash but you will need to do it to get it set up correctly and the CPU ID recognised.
