Only issue I can see is
<1 is what colour accurate work strives for, if it's 2 for example then that's not really useful for colour critical work. The average IPS display is usually around 0.5 for comparison post calibration and 1-2 out of the box.
Also VA panels and input lag for gaming, are they now on par with IPS or are they still slightly slower?
VA models will never be as good for colour-critical work regardless of how good the calibration is. There is of course variation beyond that central measurement point, especially on a screen this size. A DeltaE of <3 is promised on some IPS/PLS models as well but the usually end up much better than that - so I think many will be better in that respect anyway.
Input lag is not an issue on modern VA panels, if you're referring to signal delay. On higher resolution models of all panel types the input lag is often higher than optimal though.
