Phone as a wifi adapter?

I have a nokia N80 mobile phone.

Does anyone know if I can use this phone as a wifi adapter for my PC, to connect the pc to a wifi network?
I'm assuming you mean by PC, you mean laptop?
Either way you can, but it will be slow as you'll be connecting the PC to the phone by BT surely?
Better off buying a wifi USB dongle and they're inexpensive as well.

I want the phone to connect to a wifi network so that it has internet access. I then want to plug the phone into a laptop using a usb cable and be able browes the internet on the laptop via the phone.

Its for a 1 off event and will never be used again, and its for monday morning, so a usb card is a no go.

Please post a link.

I haven''t come accross an useful information or articles at all relating to what I want to achieve using the nokia N80

When typing "n80 as wireless modem" into google, this is the first reply.
I don't own an N80 so i can't confirm how relevant it may be for you but it looks like it's along the right lines.

I think he wants to use the phone as a wireless adaptor (to connect the PC to a wifi network) rather than use the phone as a modem.

AFAIK what you want to do isn't possible.
