I'm guessing that the deals most phone companies do on insurance isnt the greatest ever, most dont even cover water damage  . £5 a month is £60 a year, surly I can get better than that with someone else?

Insurance, i work for the link, we have linkPlan, its not so good - network insurance tends to be better to be honest :)

I'll second that CPW insurance or networks is all I would go for. Orange and O2's is very good.

Most of the time the networks own insurance is the best, i know that vodafone's includes water damage in it aswell.

As does o2's :)

Drop it in a pint and you're fine :D

(But you can only claim once per year for accidental loss I think)

Three's insurance covers everything with £25 excess, and you can apparently claim for any little thing and the excess stays the same, including water damage, thats £5.99 a month
