Hi.
Im not sure if this is against the rules or not, so delete if it is. :)

A mate of mine wants to buy my phone off me, a W800, and i want to sell. Problem is, that the phone an Orange one, and he's on VF.
Would VF unlock the phone for him if he asked?
Or would he have to do it 'another way'.

I work for Vodafone and can offer some informal advice.

As the phone is currently locked to the Orange Network, you'd need to contact them as Xpander says.

You may be able to visit your local independent Mobile Phone Retailer who may be able to unlock your phone.

Unlocking the phone will invalidate any warranty that you may have.
