Phone Upgrade Advice and Help

Right its time for an upgrade and i haven't got a clue what to do.

At the minute my tariff is with O2 and i get 300 off peak minutes and 500 texts for £20 a month excluding VAT.

I've got a SE W880i i think it is (black and orange, slim with fiddly buttons) and could do with something a bit bigger tbfh.

I've been offered this list of phone by 02 as a free upgrade to stay iwth the same tariff.

SE W760i
SE K850i
Samsung F400
SE W890i
Nokia 6500 classic or Slide
A selection of blackberrys
LG KF700
Samsung G600
Motorola ROKR E8
Motorola Razr V8
LG Viewty Refurb
SE C702

Which isn't exactly an inspiring choice are any of those phones worth having, the only ones that might have looked half decent were the LG phones but having never had one before i wasn't sure how decent they were.

Any advice or anything would be nice. Don't want to leave 02 really as all my family and friends are on 02 and wiling to pay a bit extra a month if its worth my while.

I doubt id be able to get a new SE model for cheap would i ?

sorry if i sound stupid but i dont have a clue when it comes to all this stuff

Something bulky and solid like an N95 would be nice but obviously they arent gonna give me that for anything short of selling a kidney
 
Dial 150 from the handset, follow the prompts to Upgrades or Cancellations and take it from there.
See what phone you want first and try and get them to throw it in as you don't like their current offers. Be confident and polite and haggle for all you're worth!
