Phoning Tmobile customer support from ur mobile not free!!!!

I have just called Tmobile from my mobile on 150 which I always understood was completely free. But it now seems they are charging you 25p to speak to customer services now, this sucks lol, won't be phoning them too often!! Just thought I would let you know as I didn't see anything on the forum.
 
thats not new. In certain scenarios you would have been charged before. Generally times when you could self serve instead
 
So if you don't tell them what you want and just use the menu to get to an operator they don't charge you?
Seems crazy they would charge when the last time i called it was not even a UK call centre

no, if you use certain options in certain scenarios you will be charged. the idea is to make you self serve instead.
each call costs T-Mob significantly more than 25p. Customer Services makes a loss to the company.

you know, it probably wasn't a UK centre, but you think being a UK centre means not speaking to an indian or someone else that you cant understand?
the old scottish outsource company they used had some people with terrible accents, struggle to understand them!
 
Yeah Talk Mobile did this, except it had quite an annoying effect.

1. Run out of credit
2. Phone to top-up
3. To register a card you need to speak to customer services
4. Insufficient credit
5. Go to 1
