PHOTO MEET

I would definately have been interested (last time I went to Donington I had a canon A80, now I have a 400d, so would be nice to try it out). I fear I have too much coursework on to be able to go though :(. I'll see how the days pan out between now and sunday. Where in Nottingham are you?
 
MMmmm, this is interesting!

I've got a Ferrari day booked for the 26th at Donington. Wonder how they integrate it!

Hope there not been a mixup!!!
 
It seems donny is quite close to a fair few members, perhaps in the summer if something big is cracking off we should get a proper meet organised with a few weeks notice. What do people think?

Sounds good, I don't know if the calender for 2007 is out yet but is LMS comes to Donny again it would be a good event for a meet. The racing is all day so plenty of time for photos. And because its not hugely popular not very popular there is hardly anyone there.

Of course, if FIA GT decides to come to Donny then that would be far better. Simply because its FIA GT!

@lukechad - cracking idea mate ;)

yeah getting a meet or two lined up sounds good. donny seems to host a lot of stuff.

been to quite a few this year myself including the fia gt, moto gp, le mans 24hr. all of them were rather busy i thought, but it was my first time going to any proper events.

would be nice to get this planned so we can get a decent attendance.

does anyone know when the 2007 calendar will be out?
 
Looks like both events run along side each other! So I'll be there driving :)

If anyone see's a Ferrari or a single seater (formula ford type thing) please get some pics as it could be me!! :)

Having just checked on both LMS and GT websites it appears non are coming to Donny, both are at silverstone next year.

Yeah I know them both very well, infact I work in branston. Are you still pretty local to the area for this meet if we get something up and running next year?
