photo restoration help

hi sorry to be a pain, would anybody be able to help with a major problem.

let me explain, we had a water leak last night (only a small one) and 2 of our wedding photos got soaked, they were on the mantle peice. problem is they got partially stuck to the glass in the frames.

now heres the problem, like an idiot i thought i could just ease them off but it didnt work and damaged them. ordinarily (sp) i would not mind but these are 25 years old.

could anybody photoshop them to make them look better, or suggest anywhere that could in the midlands?.

any help would be great a couple of overclockers are working on it from GD ,but the more the merrier. there is no desperate hurry , its just the wife (and myself were getting paranoid). sods law dictates that the inlaws have given us a pair of silver photo frames for the anniversary ,and these were the 2 pictures , i was supposed to have used.

Can i ask a question. If your were to pay a price ( i dont expect anything) but if you were to take it to a professional and he charge you £50, would you be happy with what i just did? (plus a little more work on the flowers)
Or would you expect better? Considering i could spend more time on it.
What sort of standard do you think people would want?

to be honest, i would be more than happy, based on the point of being i cannot do the job. i think you have done a marvelous job especially in the time frame. many thanks.

bear in mind ,these photos are not replaceable items, no negatives are available, and i believe the original photographer , died long ago.
you could have a nice little sideline going here.
