Photography TV shows?

In the hundreds of channels of cack spread across Sky and the few channels of something decent, has anyone ever noticed any programmes about photography?

I think someone's missing a trick if there isn't. Reviews of equipment, places to go, info about how to take particular types of shots etc. I know Suzi Perry did an ok show about 2-3 years ago but that's all. I'm surprised none of the outdoor channels seem to do anything on, what must be, a big enough market to cater for.

There was a six episode urbexing show on sky travel a couple of years ago that wasn't too bad.

well you most likely find the photography programmes on sky arts, discoverly channels

what with the hundred + of decent shows on youtube im certaintly not missing or wanting a show on tv.

YouTube is the answer.

Dedicated TV channels will show nothing but repeats, have little funding and will likely be influenced by sponsorship deals.

Have a look at adorama tv on youtube its where I have been going to learn about everything its a pro channel not just some guy in his bedroom.

I seem to remember a couple of decent programmes on BBC2 but I can't remember what they were called. There was also Picture This and maybe something else on Channel 4, but that was probably a while ago now...
