Photoshop Challenge/request

After seeing some really classy pieces of photoshop work being done on here. I myself are having a bit of trouble, I'm generally not too bad with it but I'm a little stuck here.

I created a forum for judo and martial arts and used a theme for phpbb3... it came with a little yellow bird as the header icon. I would like to change this to something more appropriate like a judo icon or martial arts figure, preferably judo related.

If anyone can make me something up to fit inside the little bubble, or if you think it would look better without it. creativity isn't my strong point.

Anyway, would be great to here and hopefully see some suggestions from the photoshop masters here.
