[Photoshop/Fireworks] Ribbon Effect Wrap Round Objects/Text

Hi,

Does anyone know a way or seen a tutorial for making a rectangle object of some sort wrap round a text object? Sort of like a box being wrapped with ribbon to look like a present but more text based. Any ideas?

check on you tube loads of tutorials there i would have thought there would be something there for you. Thats where i always look

Thanks, am I phrasing this technique correctly? I get the impression there's a better way of saying it.

You can do text warp in photoshop, but not to extent of designs like a bow. Simple things like bulge, arc etc.

I think you'd need a proper text graphic program for something that complex, something like Adobe Illustrator, its probably about a decade since I last used it but pretty sure you can put text along a freeform path.
