Photoshop help needed - turn my friend into a slug!

Last night on a night out, my friend (in picture) did "the slug" this consists of lying on the floor of the pub, on your belly, and trying to shuffle along without using arms or legs.

Im useless at photoshop, but would love some help turning him into a slug.

Lol, he's not the most photogenic guy in the world thats for sure, which would make the slug photoshopping extremely amusing
