Dont get much chance to get out much with the camera these days. All taken with my Canon 30d and 10-22mm Canon Lens.

Cheers

Nice shots. I like the dandelion shot as well! Just looking at its EXIF, I note that the ISO is 125? Does the 30D let you set it manually like this, or were you shooting in Automatic mode?

Also, is that the EF-S 10-22mm lens?

Looks familar!

Hehe, reminds me i'll have to get out to pickering now its getting better weather.

For me, 2 and 5. Good set as usual :)

Very nice pictures, well done.

What castle is this and where abouts in Pickering is it? as it looks really nice and i'd love to take the my Canon 300D with me.

Edit: Found it here...Link

Yes it is that Lens and its a stunner. With the 30d the ISO steps have been expanded. I always shoot manually and you get so much more flexibility now. The ISO goes up in much better steps. You cannot choose any value but there are a lot more to choose from.

/enviously awaits hacked firmware for 20D... :p

Awwwwww, the number of times I've stood on that station waiting for the train back to Goathland. Brings back so many memories. Used to spend most of my childhood holidays on the North Yorkshire Moors, camping at Goathland. :) Really need to go back soon, although I fear that "Heartbeat" has changed the area somewhat :(

Really nice photos Spit, all of them. I especially like the train pics and the dandelion one :)

i hasn't last time i was up there :), which was about 2months ago shooting waterfalls :)

I love the flower picture! Is it just my screen though, but is the first train picture really noisey & pixelated? If you look at the underside of the bridge it looks really really odd??

I can see bits like that in all of the others so im guessing you have used some jpeg compression?
