Standard the cupra is 156bhp with a 0 - 60 of around 7.8seconds.
The cupra R is 180bhp with a 0 - 60 of 7.1
I would expect mine to be middle - low 6's to 60.
But the true acceleration is about 50 - 110
I peed off an Audi Quattro driver in it on the motorway and easily beat a Mark 4 Golf R32 on a dual carriageway.
Haven't had anything else try it on to be honest.
The two best things in the cupras favour imho are 1) Most people don't realise what they are. They think they are just a n/a 1.8 or 2.0 they don't realise its a 1.8 turbo until its too late
2) Its very light
