Pilot's view from Jubilee flypast

I'm sure I saw "popup" - as in distant objects "popping" in to view like they used to in videogames. I worry about my sanity sometimes.

I know what you mean. At 23 seconds there is what looks like a popup (but is actually just a visual artifact or image change) on the big screen(?) to the right of the Palace gates.

I was lucky enough to meet one of the pilots (Charlie Brown) and watch him prep and take off a couple of years ago.
A fantastic experience and that Merlin engine sound wow.

You cant beat the sound of the lancaster and escorts (spitfire and Hurricane)

i love the Spitfire soo much

that must have been the bomber view in a Lancaster ( i soo wanted it to be the mosquito )

also u know the p51 mustang had the same engine from the spitfire. the Rolls-Royce Merlin
