PIR lighting / garage power

Just wanting to get some information to allow me to know what I'm asking an electrician for.

Needing two separate circuits for PIR.

Circuit 1 : PIR sensor + LED light for driveway + switch to turn off or force on.
Circuit 2 : PIR sensor + LED light for garden + LED slave for bins + switch to turn off or force on.

The garage has power to it, it comes into what looks like a 2 way consumer unit. There is a double socket and fluorescent light already installed to the consumer unit.

Would an electrician need to install a new consumer unit if I wanted these LED lights fitted? It seems as though the electricity supply is taken from a spur from the house.

Cheers.

Fairly straightforward for any electrician worth his salt. If the new lights are LED they won't draw much power at all and all those lights can come off your light circuit in the garage.
