Pixel 3a - Quick settings drop-down on lock screen

Got my new phone today, pulled it out of my pocket and realised it had turned off auto rotate as well as turned night light on.

Tested it out, while phone is on the lock screen with fingerprint and pattern set, I can still turn all of the settings on and off without unlocking the phone.

Any ideas? I've trawled through the settings and googled but nothing helps. Android 10.

Bit daft but I think on the majority of devices it can't be done without modding/rooting.

Thinks like location and GPS should need unlocking to toggle but the rest you can do what you like with them.

Edit - Just realised this is over a week old so sorry for the slight bump!
