plasma wall bracket - spec me

there seems to be many availabe with equally diverse pricing. is there any benefits to the expensive ones or is it all in the look?

need to wall mount a 42" panasonic plasma. only requirement is that i would like it to be as flush as possible to the wall ( plasterboard). might be worth having a bit of tilt on it as not sure how high i am going to mount it.

dont want to get some POS and only realise it after having drilled holes in the wall!
