Playstation+ Members, has it been worth it?

Why don't you go back to Canada and stop filling up the forums with your inane drivel. If this is all you can contribute then you may as well not bother.

How are those questions silly or stupid? Yes the membership is very cheap, £3 a month is pocket change, but you would never buy what you get with it otherwise which makes it subpar and lacklustre.

By the way I could go to Timbuktu and still post

I signed up a few months back, got Sam n Max devils playhouse and a good discount on zen pinball....

also got some free PS1 games, automatic downloads of demos before none plus users these being PES 2011 and castlevainia demos which I enjoyed playing without waiting to download...

Its downloaded patches for games I own, I also got a free copy of ratchet and clank which I enjoyed playing, and i think this month I will get super street fighter HD and yeti sports....

for £40 its been a decent deal I think.... Overall, you do get your moneys worth provided you actually play the games...

Its worth it if you're into your PS3...

I think the bloody thing has charged me for another 3 months automatically.

Haven't had the PS3 for 3 weeks but had a £11.99 payment to Playstation Store on the 29th.

I paid for a year and already glad I did, been glued to Wipeout HD since I got it, Littlebigplant has been a good laugh two player with the gf, Zen Pinball is perfect for quick 20 min time killing sessions.

Thats only the first 3 months still another 9 to go so I can't see myself regretting forking out £39.99, I mean spread over 12 months of content its absoloutely nothing, unlike many games the last few years that have cost me the same amount and been huge let downs.

Question, how does the cross game chat work? does it move PSN closer to Xbox live in that regard? One thing that always bugged me about PSN is how hard it is to get a game going compared to live and this is something I would use and be worth paying for if it works well.

Not a troll bait comment its a genuine question, when i get back to the UK next month i intend to start using my ps3 allot more as i havent touched it in nearly a year while ive been out of the country and theres a few good exclusives I want to take a crack at.

Two questions:

Can I use a UK PS3 with USA account / Online Store but UK Payment via credit card or PSN code card?

Can I use a USA PS3 with USA account / Online Store but still UK Payment options.

I think the only option at the moment is to purchase PSN voucher cards to load funds onto your US account.

There isn't cross game voice chat, but there is a limited cross game text chat room that was added a while back and free for all PSN users..

I would sign up but I know that it would put me off buying games, I wouldn't buy if there was a chance I could get it free next month, or I would buy it and it would end up free and just annoy me
