i dont like the look of thes two

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [cmds] rundll32.exe C:\Users\Grant\AppData\Local\Temp\xxyxy.dll,c
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [BM93d6ba5f] Rundll32.exe "C:\Users\Grant\AppData\Local\Temp\kylpkiqs.dl l",s

looks like somebody is trying to hide their function. All the rest has identifyers on them (eg AVG Antivirus, Office etc..) there are far too randomly named to be anything usefull, plus they run out of the temp dir, which nobody in their right mind would set programmes to install in because its regularly deleted.

remove the two that mrlol said

usually doing this..

disable system restore
install, update and run these scanners..

nod32, spybot s&d, adaware se, avg antispyware (uninstall this after)

gets rid of everything

this tool is dead handy for cleaning up 'junk' at startup, it doesn't scan for nasties, just things that aren't needed at startup, like quicktime etc..
