Dobermans are an extremely loyal, assertive, and fearless breed. They have incredible stamina, and love to work (they are one of the top 10 best guard dog breeds) Although known as a dominant breed, Dobermans can vary greatly as far as temperament goes. Some can be quite docile, and even work as therapy dogs in hospitals! Dobermans can be great family dogs too, if trained properly from an early age. Although not vicious, you can count on a Doberman to aggressively protect its master if necessary.
No I post to express my opinions and correct others with their self righteous attitudes.

Please explain why it is you have to de-rail every thread you post in? You come into this thread which contains quite a sensitive story and post your usual attention seeking, frankly unbelievable stories, and get everybody's back up, yet you don't understand why people are so harsh on you?
I personally have always just ignored a lot of what you say on here but this time I think you are completely out of order. You post right up until the rage attack bs was a good read, but, you then went and spoiled it and got the attention of everyone else. You should be ashamed tbh.
More people are injured by attacks from Labradors than Dobermans.

Which is the most popular dog in terms of ownership?
Of course, that's probably just an indication that there are far more domestic Labradors than Dobermans.
Can't find any statistics on breed ownership levels but the Doberman is commonly listed as being one of the most popular breeds. So they do not appear to be disproportionately involved in maimings as compared to other breeds based on those statistics.
Those are only kennel club registered, working breeds like Dobermans are often not registered.
Regardless, those are the statistics.
