Please recommend me Good Online banks

I know there is Smile....any other good online bank (not any of the high street bank)..

No no, i meant a bank that operate online solely, that you get a card and pin for.

If the latter, I recommend Nationwide (although they are not a bank)

I just opened an account with smile, the other one I know of is First Direct

I've had an account with them for about a month and I'm now moving all my banking to them.

If you need the counter then you can use any branch of HSBC. I think with Smile you can use Co-op bank counters.

Aren't all 'online' banks just the big 5 rebranded? Egg, Cahoot etc etc.

'Normal' banks offer everything that online-only banks do, except you also get the benefit of having branches in case you need to use them.

Hi-Save by the ICICI Bank Online only Saving account, 5.25% iirc can't beat the standard interest anywhere. It's an online only instant access offshore savings account. You after something like that?
