Labour and Lib Dem arent happening alone, Lib Dem vote is too spread out and Labour is going to have max ~260-270 seats
No I agree. Unless it gets really bad.

If it takes labour, snp AND another. That would be tough.
It's actually exciting.

Define rubbish? Pretty much all the polls within the last two days got it spot on within their margin or error on the US election and the UK referendum.

The polls to look at will be the ones tomorrow and Thursday.

And of course all polls can go adrift as nobody knows for sure the turnout. Larger turnouts favour certain parties. Will all the new one million young voters vote? The result will be different depending what the weather is like on Thursday. If its cold, wet and windy and torrential thunderstorms then voting numbers will be down and the Tory share of votes will go up dramatically.

Its crazy in this modern age that weather can decide who runs the country.

well it's due to **** it down with rain on thursday so May is sorted for the next 5 years then

Don't see why, majority of their policies are aligned and it may soften Labour's silliness... just wish Clegg were in the driving seat for Libs though.

Well today marked a new chapter for me

For the first time ever I voted Labour. I dropped the postal in this morning.

I'm still honestly coming to terms with it, and suspect it will be a once only event, but May has to go, her view of Brexit is plain wrong and needs to be stopped.
Maybe Labour will do a better job of it its a risk I am willing to take, but as far as PMs go, I am struggling to think of one even approaching her on the terrible stakes. I had high hopes for her on election and was still actively Tory.
Her personally and her picks of cabinet (Davis FFS I wouldn't put him in charge of my compost bin) has destroyed my current support. Even though I am a Tory at heart.

If I could vote for my real wants, I would bring back Cameron/Obsorn/Clegg and Cable. That was the best government I have seen in my lifetime IMO.

I do wonder how accurate the polls are. All I can say is that those I speak to directly about voting, all voted Tory last election, and most times before. They are all struggling to decide what to do still.
Most are pretty certain they are not willing to vote Tory, but struggling between Lib dem/not voting/spoiling
I honestly wonder how its come to this.

I still think TM will win with a sizeable majority. I don't think it's going to be as big as she would like but I think it will be significantly more than that which she has now.

If you look at Electoral Calculus, they are still predicting the above.

Their track record is pretty good by the way:

As always the liberal left gets caught up in it's own hype and hysteria. A vast majority of people who vote right stay quite and vote on election day. Where's the left stamp their feet and make lots of noise continuously until it's a constant drone. Making themselves think they are more prevalent and important then they really are. That's why they get a sharp shock on polling day when they wonder wtf happened

Lovely as if its evil to be liberal?

The manic liberals might be annoying but come on, its no different to the vocally genocidal racists that tend to permeate the other void.

It could potentially be different this time. The voter turnout is usually heavily skewed to the older end of the population. If the lazy youth actually get down to a polling station we have no idea what will happen. Some of the older generation are not exactly over joyed with some of the policies May et al have come out with so if they are faced with a choice of voting for something they don't want or staying at home, they may stay at home. The results should prove to be interesting and no doubt will serve as the content of many a politics students dissertation in the future to come

Well regardless, in either case the oldies lose, their homes will be forfeit before they even die.

I don't even mind if the Tories win as long as they enact that.

It would certainly be a grab popcorn and watch zimmer frames thrown through windows moment.

Our's will be a tactical vote for the Conservatives as they are the only ones that have a chance to derail the SNP who must be very worried in our region as we have had re-elect Angus Robertson crap through the letterbox near enough every day. It's going to be very close here and Angus Robertson, the SNP deputy leader, could very well lose his seat. Here's hoping.

I honestly wonder how its come to this.

Can see why. I also did quite like Cameron.
But I've always hated May's stance, views etc.
I think I overall sit center as I care strongly about a few left things but not all. I do know money doesn't grow on trees and that corporations are an easy target and a dangerous one.

I don't think I'll be tory in future again, but also think my swing to labour is temporary. Although not enough of a swing to vote for them
