poor internet speed since power down

recently had to remove a faulty dishwasher so to be safe i tripped the circuit breaker for the plug sockets.

i switched my pc off before breaking the circuit

but now the power is back on my internet has gone really slow

im on infinity and my speeds have gone from around 20ms ping 30mbps to 0.4mbs and 421ms of ping!

ive switched the router on and off and reinstalled the drivers for my wireless usb stick.

anyone got any ideas?

it seems to just be my pc though. everyone else in the house runs off a laptop.

i cant connect via a cable, ive linked it up and for some reason the pc wont recognise the cable is connected.
