Morning all my friend is looking for a decent pair of portable Headphones for around the House so he can connect his Cowan D MP3 player looking to spend upto £330. He likes decent Vocals and good Bass but not overpowering Any Recommendations thanks

Afternoon folks right having owned the Shure headphones for over a week i decided to take them back to RS in Hull i wasn't that happy with them for the price paid they sounded good but not £375 fantastic for my Taste so im still looking for my ideal pair of Cans which is becoming harder then first thought lol. Who would thought that getting a good pair of cans would be a hard choice to make looking for good Bass not over powering good timing and good vocals. The Shures was good but to my EARS not worth the money paid id proberly get same sounding pair for a lot less even though id pay £375 again if my Ears liked them. But of course been in Hull its a challenge to demo with RS hull having very limited stock of Cans and Fanthorpes even though they do have a few to demo there prices start from way above the price id be willing to spend. Any help would be greatly appreciated Home cans only. With maybe a choice to go portable around the house.

Denon AH-MM400 seem to get Decent reviews but not sure i like the American Walnut Ears lol

The Sony MDR-1000X are currently on sale, which would provide excellent sound, Bluetooth and active noise cancelling for £290

Stretching the budget slightly to £350 would bring in the Oppo PM3.
