£5 for a cut here just a simple short back and sides, in and out in 15-20mins

I go to a male salon, and pay £8 for a decent cut, and an open razor shave. Get at least 2 free bottles of beer as well, I give them a tenner. Been to the barbers in my area, and they are £6-£8 but the quality is a lot worse. This male salon does a roaring trade as it's very good and very well priced. Used to spend upwards of £20 but just didn't see the point especially if you're just going in to get it tidied up.

Edit - Here's is a picture of PapaLazaru. To me, it just looks like a big ginger mess. Hardly worth spending a fortune.

£25 every month or so, cut by a hot lesbian, no I do not tip, but I have seen people tip up to £10 before, big city ballers and all that I guess.

I get my hair cut in a small barbers with about 2 employees. Most of the time only the owner is in, man in about his 60's. I feel weird tipping because he owns the place

so I don't. If one of the employees do then I'll give them a €2 tip on a €10 haircut.

Should I tip the owner? I don't want him to feel insulted

I only ever tip people if they go above and beyond my expectations, isn't that the point?
