Possible issue with my registry?

I have been having issue with my screen freezing while playing Paladins. The only lead I have to the cause is from my Event Viewer where it throws up a 1001 error as the freeze happens. From google I know this error is created when an application hangs and is possibly due to a problem with my registry. The problem is I don't know how to interpret it so I'm looking for help with it. Below is what the error is showing. Any help is greatly appreciated.
