Hey all,
Bought a Kingston 120 ssd to replace a spin drive in my Nana's PC, cloned it over using macrium. It's been fine for a bit then some boot issues now it won't boot from the SSD.

It's still recognised in BIOS. But getting a no boot device found type error on POST..

So I pulled the drive out to diagnose, and plugged the spin drive back in which still works fine..

So I'm guessing it's a faulty SSD, or a corrupt windows file .. its still in warranty so no big deal, so I intend to plug it into my PC and run some tests.

Is there any go-to SSD health check software assuming I can access it when hooked up to my PC?

Thanks

Have you tried it in another PC? Sounds like it's an issue in the bios with the boot order or related to that tbh mate. If it's recognised by windows there is software you can use, but if it's not recognised I would try another port on the motherboard or cable. Does it show under Disk Management? Any problems with devices in device manager?
