Pretty sure the Titan X reached +70 pages before anyone got one.
You amaze me thinking that AMD havent announced the 390X. Or you mean released?

The Kepler pre-release thread reached 120 pages long. It was also quite light hearted too.
They haven't announced it, though.
Go on then show us where they've announced it.
I think you'll find as soon as the card is announced it will only be a week or 2 till release.

Pretty sure I remember seeing the AMD roadmap slides in February presented at that Osaka event for the Next 5 years of AMD GPU where they announced the Fiji Islands generation of cards. New cards announced. And I don't understand why all teh etch sites are clamouring all over what the specs of the 390X may or may not be if there is definately no new cards coming.
Ypou refer to the fact that 'announced' is when the final specs are known prior to immediate release of the cards. I take announced as-next gen card coming - whatever it maybe be called. AMD have said they are bringing the next gen or cards after the R9 series via their roadmaps. Thus to me - announced.

Im very hyped. I dont care how it performs cause im either getting a cheaper 390x which will have a good deal more performance in it than my 780 lightning or i will get Titan-X like performance for almost half the cost, or perhaps the 980 TI cost less enough to make sense..its a win for me either way.
Go for it, I don't see it as arguing I'm debating why he thinks AMD have announced a specific card.

I also believe the 390X hasn't been announced. It should happen sooner rather than later hopefully.

Can you show me an official press release or company statement announcing the product? There's been no official details but unofficially they will 'leak' details to the press.
