I installed Windows 7 Professional 64bit, but I didn't format my drive first which had Windows XP 32 bit on it. It's a 500GB drive which I would like to split out so that Windows has its own partition. I tried using Disk Management, but it says I can only make another partition of 17GB since there are immovable files stopping it shrinking the main partition any more. Is there any way around this besides a full re-install? Can Partition Magic do the trick, or will it say the same thing about immovable files?
Many thanks for any help!
