I've only used the drivers that came with the computer. All the software on this computer i've used on my other computer.

I'll be contacting them tomorrow morning, but was just wondering if anyone had past experiences.

You wont be able to return it, you could within 7 days under the distance selling laws, but if you have had it 11 days, then you are outwith that.

Its probably also not a great idea to start a thread saying you could use the money elsewhere, despite a few problems, most people will just see it as buyers remorse.

Okay, could anyone tell me if im running the programs right?

I run furmark for 1-2 horus and nothing happens, does it mean my gpu is fine?

I run 2x prime 95, for 1-2 hours does it mean my cpu is fine?

Yes, your computers hardware is fine. Some people with apparently good systems can't run those for that amount of time.
