From my 6 week climbing holiday in Yosemite, taken from 1/2 way up a rockface on the opposite side of the valley, lots of great photos but this was the one I got printed in A2 - looks better with a black border and title

Currently:

One of the first pics I took with my 20D. I love working in mono, I find it a lot easier to create shots that please me. Many colour shots I take look a bit 'meh' to me, converted to mono they often jump out the screen.

Right now this is my favourite shot.

The only thing i don't like about it is big ben looks over exposed.

I have 3/4 I can't choose between:

I need to learn how to photograph properly to create many more successful shots, rather than flukes. I'd also like to use something better than my E-10 with its restrictive lens.

I have lots of photos that I consider to be great and chossing just 1 is, for me, is impossible, So I've gone for two of the "best" I have so far.

A sculpture, Parque de Cidade, Niteroi, Brasil.

A Tree in Highclere Castle, Newbury, England.

Took this in the Duomo in Florence a couple of years ago, 1/10 handheld with is lens.

I just like the way it turned out on my old compact Ixus 55 which I thought was quite good quality for a non-SLR camera (I desaturated the background in PSP). Suppose its why I stuck to Canon when I bought the SLR

Haven't actually taken any real shots on my DSLR yet, shame on me, but I have time off work soon so expect some to be posted!
