During the filming involving all of the police cars on the street, a man ran from a store he had just robbed. When he encountered the movie set by accident, he saw all of the "police" and gave himself up to a bunch of uniformed extras.

Beetlejuice
The studio disliked the title "Beetlejuice" and wanted to call the film "House Ghosts". As a joke, Tim Burton suggested the name "Scared Sheetless" and was horrified when the studio actually considered using it.

Goodfellas
After Joe Pesci's mother had seen the film, she told her son that the movie was good, but asked him if he had to swear so much. The word "****" is used 246 times in the film (mostly by Joe Pesci).

Ben Hur

During the chariot race in one scene you can see a sports car parked on the set, since it was a main shot it was left in there.

Kill Bill

When Uma Thurmans character arrives in Japan she drives passed a wall with a "Red Apples" brand cigarette advertisement painted on it. "Red Apples" are a fictional brand of cigarettes that Quentin Tarantino used in his film Pulp Fiction.

The most expensive pieces of Hollywood memorabilia to date are the remaining five pairs of ruby slippers from The Wizard of Oz, each valued at $1.5 million.

The film I, Robot is not an extended commercial for many popular consumer brands; it is, in fact, a film about robots.
Lol, good call. :D

Matrix 1, 2, 3, Devil's Advocate, Constantine, every film he's been in since Bill & Ted:

Apparantly, Keanu Reaves is an actor and not a strategically-shaved chimp trained to frown on command.

"whilst we're being honest, the song "My Sharona" isn't about me. her name was Sharona"

In Deep Blue Sea, the number plate pulled out of the captive sharks teeth, is the same actual plate that was pulled out of the shark brodie cuts open on the docks in Jaws.

Thought that was Ben Hur?

Nicholas Cage has actually been dead for nearly 50 years, but very few people have noticed.

Steven Spielberg is being investigated by the IRS for listing his profession as 'director'.

I love the little messages in Ong Bak:

In the three-wheeled taxi scene, when one of the little taxis flies and crashes into a building, on a wall in the lower left of the screen, under the highway, you can see writing that says: "Hi Luc Besson we are waiting for you".

During the alley chase, right after Tony Jaa has performed some break-dance-looking moves on a table, he jumps off and runs away, while the text "Hi Speilberg let do it together" can be read on the wall in the background.

Ian Holm, who plays Bilbo Baggins in LOTR, was the voice of Frodo Baggins in the BBC Radio adaptation of the story in the 1970's.

Charlize Theron has a cleft lip which is digitally removed from all her performances.

Every odd numbered star trek movie is rubbish.

The first james bond was played by actor Barry Nelson, The second was Bob Holness of blockbusters fame.

At the start of Se7en when Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman walk down the street, all the house numbers begin with 7.

In 2001: A Space Odyssey the computer is called HAL. If you take the letter after each in the name HAL you have IBM.

No I think in ben hur you can see someone wearing a watch in the charriot race (if I remember rightly)

I think you both must be thinking of Ben Hur - there isn't a chariot race in Spartacus!
