Ok, this is a strange one :)

I have a friend who's just gone back to the US recently and I wanna send her a valentines day card. simple enough so far

The thing is, I want to send it so there is no identifying UK mark on it, so things like UK stamps, rubber date stamps etc can't be on the envelope. basically anything that points to the UK.

Is this even possible?

The only way i can think of is to send it to someone else in the US in a second envelope, get them to open it and then post the first envelope with the card in to her address for me, only problem is I dont know anyone else that lives there lol

possible ideas?

a US stamp is fine lol that wouldnt point back to me and the UK at all, but rather throw her off the scent of who its come from :)

though when i think of something to write in it, it may give her an idea of who its from, but still leaving her slightly confused cos she'd have expected a UK stamp

I'd happily pay for the additional stamp/postage costs if thats what it came to

Could you send it via a courier like UPS? Although doesn't that have to have the senders details and therefore be a really poor idea?
