Power outage... sent home from work

The power in my part of Bristol has gone out and won't be back on until 6pm so I'm home from work

I have loads to do at the minute which is annoying but can't be helped. I'm not sure if is affecting anywhere else but I work in Aust.

It was a bit of an unexpected bonus as I had a rough night's sleep and was getting pretty tired lol.

Wish my work got less as I got to christmas, it increases tenfold as it is.
Tescos, don't know why people flock there at christmas like packs of pigs oinking their way into whatever crap they can pull off the shelves and deciding to take forever and a day at the tills meaning i'm almost constantly being called to them, god I hate customers.

Labouring work, why do you need your garden finished by christmas, are you going to sit in the garden in the freezing cold, gah, hating it at the moment, so cold and I'm getting crap all in my car. But I much prefer it to tescos, good money too.

Congratulations on getting home early, I'm still stuck in the office. Although obviously not doing a whole heap of work. We had some worker cut through a main line in Southampton and half the highstreet and our building went down. We didn't get sent home though we just all had to do manual filing (damn working in HR

)

I was glad of that, i live beside UWE and ended up playing Modern Warefare 2 for the rest of the afternoon

Sawell, people's posts rarely are important. Yours are the same. Gimp (because of his time here) has served has provided more than what you have. Don't think posting a few threads here and there makes you an amazing member, it's not for you to judge how useful you or anyone else is here.

If you feel people like you and respect you then great. But don't put others down because you feel more important than they.

Sorry what? That makes no sense at all. I didn't once proclaim to be an amazing member, lol. I got called a spammer by a spammer and I was pointing out the hypocrisy.

That white horse you came riding in on is heavily disabled. Perhaps you should leave G|mp to have his own arguments :rolleyes:
