Powerline Adapter & Ethernet Switch Hub

Hi all,

I'm with Virgin and have a Super Hub.
Connected to this hub is one Power line adapter which pairs with one in my room for my PC.

Would I be able to plug the one going to my PC into this:

** No competitor talk/links etc. **

Or something like it, to create a sort of hub in my room to plug in other devices, splitting the connection between all of them?

I'd rather know before spending out more money on more power line adapters.

Cheers!

Yeah that should work fine

If you're likely to be transferring large files between any of the devices on that switch, you may want to consider a gigabit switch but if it's just for internet access that'll be fine (your homeplug is more likely to be the bottleneck there)

You can, in the same way a 3 legged dog can walk..

Far better off running a cable between the router and your switch. Powerline is too temperamental to be relied on like this.

Slows the speed down
Increases ping
Uses power
Drops seemingly 'randomly'
