I couldn't help but watch that and despair at the utter moronicness of those people.

I mean seriously, stading in front of a garage door praying to it because you think a splash of light looks like the Virgin Mary.....do me a favour.

I have no problems with religion and I wouldn't call myself an atheist, but sometimes you just have to look at people and ask just how thick they are.

The fat woman with the mole who says "It's amazing...it's really amazing." is probably what I would call the sterotypical redneck christian.

Your thoughts?

Idiots, it's like all the other findings. There's billions and billions of lights, crisps etc. Your going to get random ones which look like a lot of stuff. Perhaps I should start praying to crisps which look like the cookie monster.
It's got nothing to do with them being thick..they are religious, something you're not so why would you understand.

It has nothing to do with being religious, it's about common sense.

Since when has religion told us to pray to a "image" of the Virgin Mary?
Do you honestly believe that if I was religious then I would appreciate that?
I would be interested to hear the views of any practicing Christians on the board on this matter because I don't beleive the majority would be found praying to a garage door.

This is why im atheist:) I cant ever imagine having that much faith that a simple beam of light from the sun thats probably reflected off one of the windows of the house behind them would make me want to touch it and pray to it!
