I would just like to quickly praise up two companies. I bought a logitech mx1000 from an auction site a little while ago, it was cheap becuase it didn't have a power supply. The other day I bought a MX revolution from OcUK it was £20 on B-grade cos it didn't have a power supply or cradle. On both accounts I have emailed logitech asking how or where I can obtain the required items. On both counts logitech has been nice enough to supply me the items completely free of charge. So a HUGE thank you to logitech.
Second I bought a antec P180 from an auction site. It was new just slightly cheaper then any where else. Whilst putting it together I got a bit too aggresive. I banged the door and broke off one of the hinge knobs. I emailed antec informing them what I had done. Today I recieved my free new front door.
HUGE thanks to Antec.

. It's a similar scenario to Creative and x-fi - they offer reduced functionality for Vista and if you want it fully working you basically have to buy a new product.
On a negative note the MX revolution I bought from OcUK they forgot to mention that it didn't include cradle and psu. Bonus £20 for the mouse but with out those items its pretty useless. Good job logitech are so nice.
