Prebuilt to run WoW Legion for £500-600?

Hey peeps,

A friend asked me about finding the cheapest desktop that will run WoW Legion at high settings - and I had no idea.

He has a monitor and peripherals, so just needs the base unit. If it could be prebuilt, ideally with Windows installed and ready to use, then that would be great. He'd like to keep it around the £500-600 mark if possible.

Any advice much appreciated!

Well WoW isn't a CPU heavy game so i really wouldnt consider going over i5 at the top end.. Heres a screenshot of me playing wow with the presets you said at 1440p and you can see the CPU usage on MSI

Weird I signed up to make a very similar thread, I had a few questions to add, so here goes.

What would the fps be like on high settings ?

Would I be able to upgrade in the future ?

How many fans does this come with ? (my room get's pretty hot)

Sorry if they seem like silly questions, I don't have a clue about pc gaming.

Hey Adoom, i would completely disregard the PC i posted, Lewis's is far superior for games in general..

The cooling would be perfectly fine, if you aren't overclocking and aren't planning on putting it inside a sawmill it will sit happily for years.. Although i would recommend an air gas canister once a year to clear any annoying dust inside the GPU and CPU fans.

Upgradability is good because the motherboard & socket being LGA 1151 allows support for many CPU upgrades down the line including the i7-6700k which wont even bottle neck whatever creations Nvidia and AMD decide to come out with for a least a few more years.

FPS with the GTX 1060 will exceed 80fps set at ultra @ 2560x1440, 1080p will see 100+ fps, So if you wanted a high refresh rate monitor and roll the graphics down to high.. you would see some buttery smooth visuals.
