'Press 1 for Vasectomy'

In my job I have to call a few GP surgeries and one of them had the option, "Press 5 for general enquiries". So i press 5 and the next menu says, "Press 1 for Vasectomy".

This has to be the best auto attendant option I have heard. I couldn't stop laughing because I had this image in my head of some new phone attachment springing into action when you press 1
