Prime95 temps...hmm...

OK added, another fan to the H50 cooler. Its around 26-30c on IDLE.

What I want to know is...(as I have kinda ghettoed screws) where to get the long screws that the H50 uses so I can properly connect the H50 fan (extra one).

I dont see on OCUK screws, can I get some advice pleeeeeeeease.

AHH, cheers buddy, gonna order some now.

Also my temps never went above 53c in prime (just ran for a quick 10mins) so hopefully all is well (or improved)

What is the highest temp that is safe for this chip? As when the revision boards are out im gonna OC?

ok, this is what I use for temps and stability, realtemp which you all ready have, Intel burn test for stability testing(prime takes way too long for me), run the test with maximum ram for 5 passes of the test, if that passes try setting to 20 passes, I find it finds instability much much quicker than prime95, be aware it may produce slightly higher temps than prime95, and I like to be below 75c for my i5 750 cpu

for connecting the extra fan you may get away with using 2 screws from the four on the original fan for now, just depends how you have it set up if you can get away with 2 screws either side, just be careful with your new screws that you dont screw in to far and puncture the radiator

Cheers hyperst. Will do that see how it goes.

I currently have 3 screws on one fan and a makeshift with one of the other screws..

Realtemp is saying 28-30c so looking hopefull!
