Printer setup with roaming profiles?

I am just setting up a a small network. The server is running Windows 2003 server and the terminals are running XP Pro. What I'm wondering is, what is the best way to setup the terminals to connect to a network printer (Oki colour laser with ethernet port).

this should really be in the windows forum. It's not strictly a network infastructure problem.

in answer, as far as i know in 2003 w/ XP the printers if added to a user profile as a network printer should remain there wherever the user logs on.
Don't quote me on that, i'll steal someone's username and passwrod and check it when they all go home.
